Since the new Disgaea 6 came out this year and the game series is so amazing, I had to pay tribute and make my favorite characters out of the game and anime alike. So here she is in all her glory :)
The papercraft looks pretty straightforward, since I made her based on the new clothing design from series 6. The craft consists of a 3D model of Etna herself, a separate skirt, separate belts for her arms and waist, a simple 2D tail, her 3D spear that she uses and which I think looks totally badass and a simple stand to make her the focal point of your papercraft display when you make her.
The unfold consists of 12 pages to print, including the optional stand, and is unfolded to a 38 cm height (so Etna herself is about 35 cm with the hair spikes). Since the design of her is pretty slim, the assembly is probably a bit more tedious than other humanoid papercrafts, since of the slender arms and legs and those 3D bracelets and small pieces on that, not to mention the spiky hair. So, although the purchase includes all the different PDF types and the blank PDO for assembly reference, this is definitely recommended for more experienced papercraft builders. The arms, legs and neck probably have to be reinforced from the inside with curled-up paper to hold the pieces together, and weights put inside the legs as well.
For anybody up to the challenge, it’s a premium papercraft for sale, as written in the description, that you can buy by contacting me in a private note. And when time allows, this cutie will definitely be assembled by me to make a preview of her, together with her other cute partners to come :)
Hope you like the papercraft, and enjoy the games. They are so fun to play, I love them! Enjoy and happy crafting~
