Continuing my quiz I posted this week, there isn't really much to wait anymore, since 2 min after I posted the quiz of "Guess the character" it was already guessed correctly as the characters of the Netflix series "Hilda", the main character "Hilda" and her deerfox "Twig" :) Also I am super excited to post this because I really do love it XD

Anyway I really loved this cute little series and I have fallen in love with Hilda, since she is so super sweet and nice and I really admire her. If you don't know the series, do look it up. It has 13 episodes, season 2 will premier in 2020 (CAN'T WAITTTTT), and it's just so cute to watch. You can just relax and kick back, and you may even learn a thing or two ;) 

     

The papercraft itself, as you can see, consist of 2 sepparate 3D crafts, Hilda and Twig, but in the same file. Both are pretty straightforward to make. Hilda has a 2D scarf with a 2D inner side of her skirt, as well as a sepparate 3D hat. Twig has some 2D 2-sided fur details as well as 2D 2-sided antlers to make the built easy. The overall height of the craft is 22 cm, Hilda being 22 cm, Twig about 10 cm.

Countinuing my huge Akatsuki papercraft commission is the second favourite of the bunch that I made for the commissioner, the "Jashinist" Hidan :)

The commisson of Hidan is all in all 37 cm tall with the scythe. It consits of 9 PDF pages to print. He has an attached 3D body, with added 2-sided robes for a better overall view at the end, so he has collors on both sides. Also I added his Akatsuki membership ring in 2D for his hand, a 2D necklace of his sing for his beloved God of chaos and destruction Jashin, his 2D cut ninja band and of course his awesome and cool 3D scythe with the cable in his sleeve, just like in the original.

Overall the Akatsuki papercraft commission consists of 22 different papercrafts/characters, so there are many more to come. Each of them was made as a commission, so the figures and the style is made as the commissioner wanted it to be. Hope you will like it XD

The commission project was HUUGGGE and is to date my biggest crafting project yet. I took a long time to make them and I made each one indivudually so I hope it shows and that you'll be happy with them as I am myself with my work. Pretty proud here of what I did ;)

Starting off my huge Akatsuki papercraft commission is the frst one of the bunch that I made, the "artist" Deidara :) He is also the favourite character of the commissioner so I had to make him the first XD

King K Rool (SSB Ultimate) papercraft commission

King K Rool (SSB Ultimate) papercraft commission

Submitting one of my latest papercraft commissions, this is King K Rool from the new popular Switch game "Super Smash Bros. Ultimate". 

The commissioner wanted to have the newest model of this croc from the game, so this one is a ripped model of mine, edited and posed with all the different color skins from the game. 

It is a bit more detailed than I am used to, since the commissioner wanted all the details on. So it's a 3D main body with a 2D and 2-sided crown and cape, as well as the 3D diamond and 3D teeth. The overall height of the model is 26 cm. 

Also the pose is a bit special, since it is the idle pose of the game, where his body is tilted a bit and his head facing forward.

As you may, or may not, remember, when the new Sun & Moon Pokemon game came out, I did some original papercrafts of the Pokemon (yes, I am in the business for a long time baby, and even longer XD). And one of them also included the Oricorios that I think are absolutely adorable.

    

Anyway, I managed to get my hands on a commission for the very same Pokemon, and you can see the little cutie up there in all her glory XD And you can judge for yourself how much better I got at making them as well. 

The pom-pom craft is about 24 cm tall (the commissioner wanted it about life-size-like) and has 7 pages to print. As for all of the Pokemon commissions I do, the papercraft has a normal and shiny version, as you can also see from the picture. BUT that's not all. I made all the facial expressions as in the original model of the game, so the craft comes with original 7 different facial expressions as well. 

The pose itself is simple, the commissioner wanted it to be dynamic and life-like as in the animation of the game itself. Ears are pretty simple 2-sided 2D, the only tricky part are the assembly pom-poms in it's hand.

Spirit of lost time (Dragon quest) papercraft

Sooo, for those of you how know or don't know, I recently bought myself a new ultra-super gaming laptop and I am currently in geek mode, trying to desperately play all the cool games I missed in the last year. And I have stumbled upon a game most of you will know for sure :)

It is the mother game of games, an old Japanese RPG, which also became the base of the more known Pokemon games and basically any other existing RPG-game to this day. How could it be else, I am talking about "Dragon quest".

And Square Enix released the latest Dragon quest game called: “Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age”. And I freaking love it! Playing this masterpiece on 60 fps, beautiful iconic games, bosses and a touching story as of any arc of the game series.

Especially touching was the game, because of some certain characters in the game which I absolutely adored. Yes, we are getting to the papercraft part now XD sorry for the excursion but the game deserves it.

Some characters which are a famous mascot of the game are called “Spirits of lost time”. They are cute little blue-ish creatures, which inhabited the world in the game since the beginning of time. And I think they are freaking ADORABLE.

Especially since the end part of the game, well the end-end part to be precise, is exactly about these little fellas and you get to know them more upfront ;)

So, I just had to make my own little spirit, since I adore them so much.

Maybe some of you will find these spirits of lost time a bit creepy, because of the dark eye and mouth/nose sockets, BUT that is why precisely I find them so intruding and lovely. It is precisely because they are not cute that they are super cute. I can’t really explain it, but just note that they are super cute XD

And since I wanted to make it, I wanted to see how many of the Dragon quest papercrafts were even made, so I saw that not even the game characters were ripped yet by any major modeling site. I mean WHY?!?!?! They are awesome and I wish they were ripped, since I don’t have time myself to do it.

Anyway, I made my own model with own textures of this little cute spirit. Sorry for the missing reference pictures, since it’s even hard to find any useful pictures of them on the net :/

Returning back to the papercraft now XD the craft is 14 cm tall and has 4 pages to print. I deliberately made it a bit more complex, because I wanted it’s cute roundness to be noticed in fully :) It’s not hard to make, the arms are a bit smaller and with more parts, but all in all I made it simple and straightforward.

Continuing my trend of built papercrafts, I present you my very own "Emily the Strange".

Although Emily is a consumer brand, she was still one of those characters that shaped my childhood till this day, I so did a craft of her, because who doesn't want their very own goth girlfriend ;) 

     

The papercraft is 22 cm tall. It consists of a cat-shaped stand and Emily.

The Emily figure again is made out of 2D, 2-sided hair, which is just glued on the made head, her 3D body and the 3D legs, which are finally glued on the dress, so it's simpler to make, since you can make her from 2 sides, which are then just connected with glue at the end.

The papercraft is relative easy to make, think it took me about 8-9 hours. The hands are the only small fiddly parts of all of it. It is pretty and monochrome, that's why it stands out of all the rest of the papercrafts.

Chi's Sweet Home built papercraft

Chi's Sweet Home built papercraft

How can it be else, I decided to build some of my papercrafts I made/modeled, since I have so many, and nobody wants to send their finished pictures of them to me. So I decided to make some myself! >:>

This is the build papercraft of "Chi" from the cute and adorable anime "Chi's sweet home". 

The papercraft is about 15 cm tall and has 3 pages to print. All in all I think I spent about 6 hours to make it, it is really super simple to make. No real small parts, and you can easily close it with the back feet. The craft itself consists of a whole cat body, and sepparate 2D eyes, mouth and wiskers, which are just glued on at the end.

I think it's a super sweet craft for anybody to make, a beginners papercraft for anybody starting and loving either the anime or small, little, adorable kittens :3

Shittenou (Sailor Moon) papercraft

Hello everybody and a happy new year to all of you!   

I wanted to start of the new year with one of my commissions, which are currently being built and you can also see them how they look. 

The commission is from the anime "Sailor Moon" and they are called "Shittenou". They are 4 generals from the Dark kingdom, each representing a heavenly direction and they were starring in the latest story arch from Sailor Moon Crystal. 

As you can see, the commissioner wanted me to take reference from the old anime Style, not the new one. So obvisouly they got that original 90s feel to them :) 

The papercraft consists of all of the 4 generals, Jadeite, Kunzite (the leader), Zoisite (which is in the old anime more as the new represented as a woman, more or less) and Nephrite.

The papercrafts are about 32 cm tall and have various pages to print. Most of them have some 2D details attached on them, for better end-results, Nephrite has his dark kingdom crystal in his hands, the obvious 90s shoulderpads, which are a must, etc, etc ;P

The papercraft is about 14 cm tall. She has a hat, which can be put on or off, as you wish. Also I made 3 traffic cones, since they are so cute XD In the original template you get 2 of them, but you can always re-print the site and make more, if you wish.

The whole craft took me about 2 days, of those about 6 hours all in all I think, don't know exactly, since I didn't time it. Most of the parts are simple to make, make sure to close the head at the back upper part, since the hair comes on just like that, so it doesn't show in the end. The arms are the only parts which have smaller parts, because of the thumbs, but it shouldn't be that hard to do.
