Already released my ice cream Pikachu papercraft you can download for FREE on my Patreon page (without needing any account or anything as well btw.). So, you can see that template preview here:

And I also made an assembly of the cutie, so you know how he looks like and that I can provide some tips along the way on how you can build it in a simpler way. So here we go.
ASSEMBLY TIPS:
This papercraft is actually divided into smaller separate parts, as you can see in the PDO file that is alongside the download to help you with the assembly. So, best way is to make each of the parts separate and then join them in the end. The parts are: The Pikachu scoop, the whipped cream with the cherry and the cone itself.
So, start with the optional whipped cream hat and basically just build it from top to bottom, and in the end, put the end 2D part of the melting end on the 3D parts and glue it together. Then just ass the 2D, 2-sided cherry on top and it’s done. – This part is optional, because it’s smaller and has fiddlier parts to make, so if you are not that versed with the assembly and still want a cute melding cone of Pikachu, just leave it out and no harm done. But, if you make it, you can either glue it on his head, or just put it on like that and move it around.
Next is the Pikachu scoop itself. I suggest you make the 2 ears first. In the template and the PDO itself, you will see that the ears are not completely joined together and that there is a hole on the bottom part. This way, it’s super simple to make and the hole isn’t visible in the end.
Make the ears and set them aside. Now, we can make the 2d, 2-sided tail. *Pro-tip: As always, as already told several times with my tips and tricks, I glued a wire inside the 2 parts of the tail, since it can be moved and it stands well that way. I glued the wire inside, and made sure that 1/3 of the wire stands out, so that part in glued on the inner side of the body. I did this by making a small incision on the back part of the body and put the tail through it, and after gluing the wire with tape on the inside. That way you got a sturdy, movable tail that is really cool looking and functional. It sounds harder than it is to make, you can see from the pictures how it goes in so you can try it for yourself.
Next, start making the Pikachu body from top to bottom, and when you get to the head parts, glue the 2 pre-made ears inside. And make the incision for the tail with the wire on the second stripe of the back body and glue it inside nicely with some sturdy tape.
All you got to do now is to make the remaining part of the body, when you come to the edge FIRST make sure to glue on all the droops of ice cream on there first and LAST glue on the bottom flat part to partially close it. That way, the flaps of the droops won’t be seen and the bottom will be nice and flat.
All that is left to do is to make the cone. You can either glue it from top to bottom or bottom to top and close it with the flat top or bottom part at the end, and the cone is done.
Now you can assemble and either place or glue together all 3 parts and your Pikachu scoop is done :)
