Another papercraft commission I can share openly with all of you. This time it's an amazing life-like Meganium papercraft, inspired by the glowing Pokemon in the popular game »Pokemon Snap«.
The 3D model and the textures of the papercraft is modeled after the ones in the Sun & Moon version, since those were the latest ones with this Pokemon in it. It’s unfolded to 40 cm and consists of the 3D model of Meganium, the 2-sided petals around the neck to make them look realistic (and that are glued on the neck part of the craft) as well as 2 different versions of the antennae: one 3D version that is harder to make and that is attached directly on the head, and one simpler 2D 2-sided version that is just glued on like that. – And, of course, 2 different textures, normal and shiny, as are most when commissioning a Pokemon papercraft.
Hope you like it and that you’ll get some motivation to make a papercraft or 2 on your own ;)
