Chika chibi (Kaguya-sama: Love is war) papercraft

Friend of mine wanted me to make this little cutie, coz he is a huge fan of the anime and loves this character, "Fujiwara Chika", from the anime "Kaguya-sama: Love is war".

I did watch 3 episodes but have to admit I stoped watchng it coz I though it was boring, but I did love the ending credits with Chika dancing XD so cute. So I said why not, and made my version of her dancing.

Cute wolf girl dancing emoticon/avatar
The papercraft itself it 18 cm tall and has 8 pages to print. She has a 3D attached body, with a 2-sided dress, a 2-sided hairbow, tie and collar as well as simple 2-sided hair, which you just attach on the head when you make the body, nice and simple :)

I didn't want to make a stand, since she would loose the cuteness, but it should definelty stand if you reinforce and fill in the standing leg with anything you use to fill in these things (I just use leftover crumbed-up paper from the template and it always works fine).

Karashi (Hoozuki no Reitetsu) built papercraft

Another built papercraft of mine is the next in line for the Hoozuki anime, and this time I present you Karashi :)

This cute but sadistic bunny called Karashi is about 18 cm tall and is a bit smaller than Shiro :D As always I started by doing the 2 ears and then built the snout and all around till I got the head done. I then made the 2 arms, the 2 legs, the fluffy tail and the sepparately detached paddle, chain and saddlebag.

The chain is a bit fiddly to make but it looks so cute at the end. I did it by cutting in each chain part and when I attached them together I made sure to glue them together with the cut facing the opposite direction so it's nicely attached and sturdy :) For the paddle and the bag they are just straightforward like a box design, the paddle being maybe a tad trickier because of the long grip.

After those I attached the arms on the already made head and attached the rest of the parts with the stripes of the body. At the end I left the bottom part of the legs open, making sure to glue everything nice and seamless, and then glued that part at the end and the rabbit was done :)

At the end you can just put on all the details (chain, paddle, saddlebag) on the main body, since they are completely detached and can be put on or off as much as you want (you can also see this on the picture, so if you want to make him without them, it's no problem).

Shiro (Hoozuki no Reitetsu) built papercraft

This is my cute little doggo from the anime "Hoozuki no Reitetsu" named Shiro that I wanted to show all of you built. Isn't he a good doggo?! So good; good boy :D

The papercraft is around 22 cm tall and has 9 pages to print. He has a main attached body and his yorishiro (the red-white rope) is 2-sided and 2D. As always with my builds, I started with the head, making the snout and the inner part first. After I had that I made the ears. I joined those ready parts with the remaining stripes for the head and glued the 2-sided 2D tounge at the end. **Pro tipMake the 2 parts of the inner mouth first, so that way you can attach the teeth with their flaps on the flaps of the mouth insted, so the teeth flaps do not show anywhere on the model.**

After i got the head, I made his fluffy big tail and his front paws. Then I joined the front paws with the head and the middle stripes to make the front of the body. Moving backwards I glued the backside of the craft and attached the tail. At the end I finished the model with the 2 back paws and closed the whole model with the downside of the paws, which comes as 1 piece just for this purpose to make it easier (you can see the downside of the back paws in the pictures) and you are done with the doggo.

At the end come the decorational yorishiro, which I first glued the 2 backsides and cut them out to the seemes. And then you just glue them around the neck of Shiro at the back and here you go, your own Shiro doggo from the anime :)

Princess Silver (Yume no crayon oukoku) papercraft

Wanted to show you another one of my papercrafts that I really probably made for myself :D because almost nobody will know this anime since it is rather old but here it goes :D

I have made one of my favourite heroines of my childhood, Princess Silver from the anime "Crayon kingdom of dreams" or "夢のクレヨン王国" :) It is acutally so not known in Europe, that I had to watch this thing on the French channel Tiji coz they were the only ones streaming it XD And that's really something because all of the animes from the 90's till the 00's were all streamed on German channels and that is where I watched everything as a kid. So pretty amazing I even found this one XD but it's super cute and funny, so if you like oldschool anime, slapstick comedy, look it up. There are definetly all of the I think 52? episodes online, so it's not too late for you :D You can do it! :D

Moving to the papercraft itself it is 20 cm tall and consists of 8 pages ot print. The craft consist of an attached 3D body, a sepparate 3D star podest (which is optional), her 3D hat, her 2-sided cape and her simple 2-sided hair, which is just glued on her head at the end so it's super simple to do + her simple details such as the wings on her shoes and her chrest, which are 2D and just glued on nice and simple :)

Galarian Zigzagoon (Pokemon Sword/Shield) papercraft

Tadaaaa the first Galarian Zigzagoon papercraft made by me :D I always want to be the first so oh well :D it's a thing I have.

Anyway look at this little cutie. He is unfolded at 15 cm heights so the way he is more long than anything makes him quite big :) He is made out of a 3D body and a sepparate 2-sided tounge and 3D teeth, which you just glue on the body to make it simple to make. He has quite some zig zacks on his body so that's a bit fiddly to do, and small toes, but it's definetly do-able :)

Hope you like it and I got time to do some more soon XD

Ponyo (girl form) built papercraft

So enough Pokemon for now, now I want you to concentrate on this little character, one of the cutest Ghibli anime ever, "Ponyo" from the movie "Ponyo on a cliff by the sea".

I have made the template quite some time ago but I never had the time to built her myself, but now you can finally see her in all her cuteness XD

Tini Bubbles Tini Bubbles Tini Bubbles Tini Bubbles Tini Bubbles
The papercraft built, as always, was built from head till toes. BUT this one is waaay easier to make. Why? Super pro tip:

***Since the character has a skirt, where you can barely see the seemes or the legs glued by the upper body, you can make the craft in 2 parts, one part from head till skirt and the other part from toes till pants/diapers. Super easy and you can make both part without any problems at all, since both parts have open holes at the end where you glue them together, so you can make it and position the flaps from that hole :) ***

So I started to make her 2-sided har and left that for the end. Then I made the head and the somewhat fiddly hands and the sepparate 3D bucket. After I had the hands I glued them on the head with the neck parts and continued down to her 2-sided skirt. After I had the upper part I glued the hair piece on the head any styled the sepparate locks of her hair a bit, since, if you have watched the anime, her hair was always so wild and winded so it's kinda hard to make it right XD hopefully I have made it justice.

After I had the upper part, I made the legs, but because of the pro tip, I made it from feet till the diaper, so it can be super accurate. At the end, when I had both parts of her, I just glued her diaper on the skirt and tadaaa ;D And at the very end I deided to glue the handle of her bucket on the hand so it doesn't fall off.

I made the craft without any reiforcment, since the legs are sturdy and you can balance the both parts at the end so it stands no matter what. Also since the skirt is 2-sided it is somewhat heavier at the bottom so that helps her stand.

Scorbunny (Pokemon Sword/Shield) built papercraft

Last of the new Galar starters is my favourite so far (got to see the 1. and 2. evolution to be sure, because with the probable fighting type as secondary, I can guarantee it will probably suck for my reasoning of good taste XD just to make it clear here) is the fire starter Scorbunny!

Scorbunny Emoticon

The craft is about 24 cm tall. As always with my personal builts, I started from top till bottom. So first I made his cute ears XD I mean they are super cute, let's be honest here, and continued with the stripes of the head. At about half of the head I built the sepparate 4 cheeks or whiskers, so to speak, and attached them on his face and built the remaining head part. Then I built the 2 arms and attached them to the upper part of the body. After I had the upper body with the arms glued on, I glued it to the built head.

***I find it to be simpler this way than just to built it stripe by stripe, because you have a lager piece that I find easier to glue on. Especially since at the point where you have to built the body, you have to built it on the head, meaning turning it upside down, so the more of the body you built, the easier it will be at the end to make it, without having to attach everything on the head itself XD I hope you get my point, that's how I find it way easier to make papercrafts, as a special tip for anybody building them and still figuring out how to make it simpler.***

Anyway, as I had the head and half of the body attached to one another, I made the cute little bunny tail and attached it and build the remaining bottom half of the body and the legs stripe by stripe on it, making sure to reinforce the legs with additonal paper rolls, just to be sure it will stand, which you can see it does, and sealing the whole craft with the remaining bottom parts of the legs or its footprints.

Appart from the fiddly legs at the end, nothing is exceptionally hard to built, so it's way easier to do, than for example Sobble, which has way more fiddly legs AND hands :D

Hope you liked some of my Galar Pokemon and I'll be sure to make some more ;)
