When I posted this template, I did promise to make a preview assembly myself, since I really like the anime. And here it is now, the adorable »Anya Forger« from the amazing anime »Spy x Family«.

       

The papercraft itself is a pretty basic humanoid papercraft, as I normally do all of them. So, best way to start the assembly is with the head. Build the face with the neck (+ collar) part first, and make the front bangs, then make your way to the back of the head and finish with the last upper head piece to close it. – Everything is visible from the PDO file you get along the files when you purchase it, so no worries.

Next, make both arms and hands separately, and then make the dress separately. When you have the whole dress, glue on the head and then the arms at the right angle. Super easy to make this way.

And all the is left to do is the legs. Built those separately, starting with the shoes. Then you have a black piece (no worries, as said, everything is visible in the PDO instructions) that you need to glue inside the dress at the hips, to make the legs stand in the right place. Glue that inside, and then glue the legs on that at the right angle to make it stand, and there you go. All finished.

Additionally, before gluing the legs on the inside part of the hips, do fill those out with small weights. The legs are very small, so making her stand without weights is pretty difficult. Definitely recommend additional smaller pebbles inside the legs to make her stand.

***Note: The template itself has 2-sided pages to print for the hair, so the inside of the hair is also pink in the original. I didn’t print out the 2-sided hair pieces, so the pictures show the white color of the hair.

Since the anime started it has been a huge hit in the fan/anime community, and I love the anime as well. So, I decided to make the papercraft of little Anya myself :) Of course I am talking about the new anime that came out this summer called »Spy x Family«. If you don't know it yet, it's really adorable and action-packed as well, so check it out!

           

The papercraft itself is unfolded to 19 cm and has 4 pages to print, with the page of hair having an optional double-sided print page to make the inner hair colored and nicer as well. Needless to say, 3D model, texture, unfold and pose are all made by me.

The assembly is medium-difficutly, since it has only 1 thumb and the whole hands in 1 piece to make it easier to assemble, but it also has very wavy hair that have 2 layers that need to be glued on top of each other, as well as a inner part in the dress to be able to glue the legs on the inside. I would say a 6/10.

Will definitely print this cutie out and assemble it for myself as well, since I want to have it displayed at a special place in my display-case.
