 As you maybe saw, I made the Corpse bride papercraft template quite some time ago:

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

With any of my papercrafts, you can divide the assembly into separate parts: the head with the hair, the 2 arms, the upper torso with the dress, the butt with the legs and shoes, the veil with the crown of roses and the stand itself.

If we start with the head, you assemble the face and neck first. Then you glue on the front hair, and lastly close it with the back hair.

Next, you can separately build the 2 arms, with either the 2D or 3D hands (*Note that I did the preview pics with the 2D version of the hands). When you got those, set them aside and start gluing together the upper torso. When you have the upper torso, glue the arms inside the holes and make the rest of the dress till you have the whole corset.

You can now make the whole dress part and once you have it, glue the dress flaps inside the torso and make it hold nicely and set aside again.

Now make the butt with the legs and shoes. You do this part by assembling the legs from bottom to top and finish with the buttocks part. This means, build the shoes first, glue the leg from there upwards till you come to the butt. If you want her to stand nicely, *pro tip: best put some weights inside the legs before gluing it together (I always use small pebbles I throw inside the legs before I close the whole craft).

What you do now is glue together these parts with the flaps that are left on the belt part of the buttocks. Glue those inside the dress, making sure to glue them at the right angle, so the figure can stand comfortably.

Now that you have the base Emily papercraft, you can also make the veil the same way you made the dress, add on the roses and glue the veil onto her head. Same goes with the blue rose bouquet, just arrange the roses in a pyramid shape and glue them on (*Note that I did the roses with 1 layer only to save time, the roses looks much nicer with the whole 3 layers to make a rose bud).

What is left to do is to make the spooky forest stand. The stand is a normal cone shape, however before you close it at the bottom, make sure to poke either a sturdy wire or a stick where you want to put the tree in the background, so it stands better. Make the tree in the back now, and poke a hole though it as well at the bottom, and put it through the wire/stick in the cylinder stand and glue it on the inside of the tree trunk with some tape, before closing up the tree on the backside completely. All there is left is the black ornaments around the stand (*Note that I did the ornament only half-way and in 1 layer to save time. The ornament comes in 2 layers and covers the whole stand around itself). And there you go, your very own corpse bride for a spooky Halloween decoration!

 Fuu (Magic Knight Rayearth) papercraft

 

 As you maybe figured from the preview picture I posted, I was making the new “Magic Knight Rayearth” anime remake into papercrafts, all 3 of the main heroines from the series. And I will be posting them, each separately, as the deserve, because they were really time-consuming to make XD

Magic Knight Rayearth is a series that is very much the basic anime I watched when I really started to get into anime at a young age. The publisher Clamp was and still is, a very famous and beloved Japanese giant amongst giants, mostly popular with girls, since the main publishers of the studio making anime, manga and illustrations, were women themselves. Back then this was the first isekai anime I probably watched, and I fell in love with it so much! You can’t really remake the feel and aesthetics of the original 90s one, but the new remake has its own charms and likes, so I am very much looking forward to the whole series and loving each memory I unlock in the story as well! So, better take a look at this gem this season and remember it!

This post we are looking at Fuu, the green wind goddess of the bunch

The papercraft is unfolded to a height of 25 cm and has 3 pages to print out (1 of them being an optional double-sided print page for the inner hair and armor colors).

The papercraft includes the Fuu figurine, with 3D hair and 2D hair strains, her 3D sword, an add-on optional armor for her shoulder, 2 versions of her glasses (for see through materials and just a cut-out), optional 3D eyelashes for a better overall visual and 2D or 3D hands you decide in what version you want to make.

*NOTE: The files also include the small Mokona mascot papercraft I made and that you can see in the preview picture, so each one of them comes with the same papercraft included, because Mokona is just the heart of the series and an essential Clamp mascot overall! The papercraft is unfolded to 3 cm height and is simple to make as well.

*All 3 main heroines are made to fit together in height, as well as the Mokona mascot, Hikaru being a bit smaller as the 2 others, and Mokona being really small.

The pose is made so she can stand, but I would still suggest to add some weights inside the legs when you do assemble her, so she can stand even sturdier.

 Whoever followed me and my work for some time maybe remembers I did a teacup dog and cat as a papercraft way back 2019-ish. Well, since then I honed my skills and deleted old designs I didn’t like to be able to re-make better versions of them, and these teacup animals are one of those.

May I present you the new and improved version of the teacup dog called: Shiba latte! I did debate with myself in my head if I wanted to call in “shiba latte” or “puppacchinno”, but I did decide on this, since I did make a shiba inu XD

The old designs were an actual small dog and cat inside a tea cup, but this time I wanted the animals looking like barista foam art in coffee, so it has a more fluffy, foamy look in the texture itself. Hope you see that in any case :9

The papercraft itself is unfolded to 14 cm and has 7 pages to print. It consists of a shiba inu dog, with a separate 3D body, 2 separate 3D paws, 3 separate 3D marshmallows in the back, a separate 3D coffee cup with a flat coffee surface to glue the animal with the add-ons on, a separate 3D saucer, and a 2D 2-sided spoon.

To be honest, it does look like more of hot chocolate than a latte, and it IS XD but the whole idea was to make coffee cups with cute little teacup-size animals, so that’s why it’s called the way it is. Don’t sue me for using the wrong phrases, please =_=’

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

As with all of my papercrafts, you start from top and build to bottom.

Assemble the 2 bone ears separately and then start making the top skull head, attach the 2 ears inside the holes once you have them, and make the whole skull from front to back. The backside and the edge inside the skull are a bit fiddly to make, so make sure to take your time, view the PDO file assembly help from all angles so you know what you are doing and glue 1 flap at a time so it holds nicely.

Now since it has a head, I suggest you first attach a few parts of the torso on it, so you get the 2 holes for the arms. Build the 2 arms separately, and then glue them inside the holes. Build the rest of the torso, attach the pre-made tail first and at the end attach the 2 legs on it.

Before you close the torso and attach the legs on can also *pro tip: put some smaller pebbles inside the legs when you are closing it for weight. With these, the craft will stand nicely and won’t tilt over.

All that is left is the bone staff in the right hand and if you build the arms correctly and tight, the bone actually sits inside the hand without needing any glue as well.

Moominvalley papercraft

 

 If you follow my posts (well, more like the gibberish I type along with the descriptions, let's be real XD), you already know I am a huge fan of everything Moomin! Read the books as a child and loved the lore and all of the recent adaptations they did with them. ONE, or more like 2 and the 3rd coming out soon, is an adaptation of the Moomins into a point & click adventure game called “Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley” and “Moomintroll: Winter's Warmth”! Delightful little puzzle games that let you revisit the Moominvalley and all of its little inhabitants. You have to see and play it for yourself, it will get you hooked in no time.

Well, ever since I finished the second Moomintroll game, I wanted to make a cute diorama papercraft in this more modern style and decided to do my 3 favorite characters of the bunch in it as well.

The papercraft is unfolded to 18 cm and has 13 pages to print out (1 of them being an optional double-sided print page for the inner hair and hat color for Snufkin).

It is a diorama of the box art of the first game and consists of a 3D model of the grass stand, a separate 3D mailbox, simple 2D trees and bushes you glue together on a pyramid-shaped box in the middle so they can stand nicely, 2D flowers and grass patches, a separate 3D model of the famous Moomin bridge they sit and fish on all the time, and separate 3D models of Snufkin (with a simple separate 2D hat and 3D harmonica), Moomintroll and little My (which only has her 3D head and 2 3D shoes that are sticking out of the water she is swimming in).

I didn’t want the papercraft to be too big, so the figures are a bit smaller. But Snufkin and Moomintroll both have 2D simple hands to make, so they are not that difficult to assemble.

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

With any of my papercrafts, you can divide the assembly into separate parts: the head with the front hair, the 2 hair tails, the 2 arms, the upper torso with the red dress, the jacket, the butt with the legs and the shoes, the 3D staff and the 3D stand.

If we start with the head, you assemble the face and neck first. Then you glue on the front hair, and lastly close it with the back hair. With this, your head has 2 holes for the tails left. You make the 2 tails separately and put in paper tubes you make from excess paper (so the tubes stick half-way out of the papercraft tails) and set them aside for later. At this point, you can also glue on the 2D ears and additional hair strains.

Next, you can separately build the 2 arms, with either the 2D or 3D hands (*Note that I did the preview pics with the 2D version of the hands). When you got those, set them aside and start gluing together the upper torso and the dress. Now that you have the torso, glue the neck part inside and start making the jacket separately.

Set this aside again and make the butt with the legs and shoes. You do this part by assembling the legs from bottom to top and finish with the buttocks part. This means, build the shoes first, glue the leg from there upwards till you come to the butt. If you want her to stand nicely, *pro tip: best put some weights inside the legs before gluing it together (I always use small pebbles I throw inside the legs before I close the whole craft).

Once all of these parts are made, you can start putting it together to set the right pose and angle for the stand pose. Glue the jacket on the torso first, then glue the arms inside the jacket sleeves at the right angle, next glue the flaps that are left on the belt part of the buttocks. Glue those inside the dress, making sure to glue them at the right angle, so the figure can stand comfortably.

Lastly, you glue the 2 hair tails inside the head at the right angle, making sure you put glue not only on the flaps of the tails, but also the roll of paper you put inside for extra reinforcement, so they don’t snap off. Aditionally to this, you can also put inside wire in the hair tails to make them stay glued on.

All that is left is to make the 3D stand and the 3D staff. To make her really stand hand hold the position I made, you need to put wire inside the stand and her leg as well, so it holds firmly and she doesn’t snap away. Make a hole in the stand for the left leg and in the shoes, so you can pull the wire in there and make it nice and long, so it can hold the whole body in that pose. When this is fixed and done, you can also glue her staff inside the hand and a bit on her hair tail to make it hold. You can now also put on the belt with the apron and purse and add the hair pins and details, if you didn’t add them before.

*Note: Because I am always in a hurry with these assemblies, the preview was made with 2D hand options (3D hands are also included in the files) and with no inside colors for the hair tails (the files include optional 2-sided print pages for the inner hair tails, so it looks better).

Since the best and most awesome season of Spooktober and Halloween startred just today, I have decided to spice things up and make a very special Halloween quiz giveaway for this year, something I never done before!

The rules are simple. I made a free online quiz that I released before Halloween in which everybody can participate. The quiz will be entirely papercraft-themed and will focus on your knowledge of papercrafts in general, but also specific on the work and posts I have done during these years.

Each of you will have the chance to participate in the quiz 1 time and 1 time only, since it will be IP-blocked (If you fill it out more than 1 time, I will only count it the first time, so you CAN’T CHEAT!! ) and only I will be able to see the results. At the end of the quiz, I will release the winner (or winners if there will be more) and they will obtain THE amazing and most awesomest Halloween papercraft prize ever to be seen!

What is the prize per-tell, you are asking? It is nothing less than my limited “Halloween Pikachu 2026 papercraft” I designed just for this occasion! How does the papercraft look like? Well, you can see the silhouette of the papercraft in the picture, but the actual released pictures will only be revealed AFTER the Halloween quiz even ends :9

 Ah yes! Is there even still a human being on this planet that doesn’t know the bellowed “Bluey” cartoon character in this day and age? Actually, I have never watched an episode and I have no idea XD HOWEVER, as a papercraft artists you do get stuff you have no idea about to make, and I like to make wish list characters people are asking me to make all the time. Since children are completely crazy about this series, I though I would do a nice simple papercraft group of Bluey and his family and friends for everybody loving the show!

The papercrafs are unfolded to 14 cm (Dad being 14 cm and Bluey about 10 cm) and have 7 pages to print out. It consists of 5 different characters from the series, all made in the same way and style, so you get to decide the poses.

The papercraft includes: Bandit (Dad), Chilli (Mum), Bluey (main character), Bingo (Sister) and Rusty (Schoolfriend of Bluey).

Each papercraft is made out of a cylindrical body, with 3D ears, 3D feet, a 3D snout, and then a 2D 2-sided add-on tail and 3 options for the arms on each side. They are bulky, so they should stand without any problems and are a bit simpler to make as well.

Sakuyamon (Digimon) papercraft

 

 I have made quite a few Digimon papercrafts in these years, because I love the concept and I loved the anime as a child as well. Fell in love with the first series and never looked back. Hook, line and sinker. But what really made me a super fan in these last few months and I really wanted to get into some new amazing papercrafts, was the new game »Digimon: Time Strangers« that is just soooo amazing! I love the ridable feature, I love the story, I love the new redesigns and details on existing Digimon, I love the lore and holy Digimon, I love the easy upgrade system with learnable and detachable attacks, it's just such an awesome RPG! (POKEMON, TAKE A NOTE MF!!!)

And, since this one is easily the most awesome and cool-looking warrior goddess in the series for me personally, and I already did Angewomon, I also had to make her as well. And here she is: my Sakuyamon papercraft

The papercraft itself is unfolded to 30 cm (about 22 cm height for Sakuyamon without staff and stand) and has 15 pages to print out.

The papercraft has a 3D model of Sakuyamon, with simple-ish yet still 3D staff, 3D back wings, 2 3D hair tails, various 2D add-ons such as belts, optional simple 2D or 3D hands, and a 3D stand with a lot of 2D sakura cerryblossoms.

*I also did a small sneak peek of the face I did for her, since the mask armor I made is detachable, so you can put the mask on with magnets to attach/detach it as well!

*NOTE: The papercraft is very difficult to put together!

The 2 long hair tails are both 3D, heavy and with optional strads of hair, so those need to be reinforced with wire or curled-up paper on the inside, or tape on the inside. The wings in the back are also 3D and separate, so those can either be glued on or made with attachable/detachable magnets.

The mask armor on her face is a separate piece and is meant to be attached with a magnet. You glue one magnet on the inner side of her face, and one magnet on the inner side of the mask, so it can be detached and attached later on.

The way she leans and stands, the legs also need to be additionally glued on and held in place with wire, so she doesn’t tip over, because she is very top-heavy with the hair. All in all, some parts need additional attaching so they don’t snap off, so I do suggest the assembly for experienced papercrafters only.

Chiikawa papercraft

 A hugely popular manga and anime in these past years is “Chiikawa”, literally meaning cuddly, cute little various critters that are super adorable, yet, when you look closer into their world, it doesn’t seem as cuddly and innocent as it looks on the surface, now does it?

Whatever this world of Chiikawa is or looks like, you can’t deny the fact that they are super kawaii! And because they are so cute and popular, I decided to make the cutest of them into super simple papercrafts to assemble

The papercrafs are unfolded to 6 cm and have 10 pages to print out with all of the options. It consists of 5 different characters from the series, all made in the same super simple way and style and you get to customize the facial expressions for each one as well!

The papercraft includes: Shisa, Momonga, Chiikawa, Hachiware and Usagi.

Each papercraft is made out of a super simple cylindrical body with 2D ears, hands and feet, so each side is glued onto each other that way and it’s really easy to assemble, since all parts are mostly 2D 2-sided and flat. All 5 characters have 6 different facial expressions, so you can choose which face to make them with. Chiikawa, Hachiware and Usagi also have their weapons included as optional items to print out as well.
