Black hoodie cat OC papercraft

Saw some really cool graffiti art online, so I decided to make an actual graffiti papercraft out of. And out came this “Black hoodie cat” OC I made as a maybe alter-ego of myself with a really cool yet simple 2D graffiti spray-art back alley wall diorama.

OC (original characters) are always so much fun to make, since you can make literally anything you can think of, but at the same time really scary, because you can do anything you can think of XD Mostly I do these only when I get a really nice, refined idea that I hold onto for a few days and I still like after a few weeks, else I would have to spam the internet full of OC crafts all the time and I have to hold back XD

The papercraft itself is unfolded to 24 cm and has 10 pages to print. The 2D wall diorama itself is 24 cm tall, so the cat would be about 18-ish cm. It comes with a 3D black hoodie cat and an optional: 2D back alley graffiti diorama, 6 x 3D spray cans of paint, 2 simple 2D trash cans and a simple 3D lamp.

Since it is very colorful, I did the preview with the 3D cat and the items, as well as just the 2D wall separately, so you can see what the template includes and how the details look like.

I saw this adorable cat poncho 3D preview on a site and I thought it was so cute I got the idea of making it into a papercraft. So, this came out of it XD …Started with an inspiration from a thing I saw, wanted to make a cat, one thing led to another, and here is the concept of “Good and Evil” standing side by side, almost blended together, where you can’t even see the difference and they are “personified” into cats XD multi-level decoding of meaning right there + you never know where a new project you make will lead you in the end.

The papercraft itself is unfolded to 17 cm and has 8 pages to print. An average assembly with some optional separate parts, such as the 2D wings and halo/horns as well as the 3D bell around the neck.

Time for another “Super simple papercrafts” papercraft that every one of you can make! Decided to do these cutesy animal papercrafts, since the latest poll I featured was asking what simple papercraft you would like me to do and it was undecided between "cute animals" and "whatever you feel like". So, I wanted to make a kawaii craft, simple and cute, and here is the result. The craft was made as an idea of a similar art deco I saw that was on sale in China, but mine is cuter and more practical XD

The papercraft itself is unfolded to 18 cm and has 10 pages to print. It consists of a simple 3D cat papercraft, 2 3D separate cutesy paws, a 3D tail, a 3D teacup, a separate 3D handle, a simple 2D 2-sided spoon, a simple 2D 2-sided saucer and 2D whiskers you glue on at the end. Each part is put together separately and then glued together, so it’s simple to make as well as easy and fast.

So, what is this all about? As the name suggests, it is a project of really simple papercrafts I wanted to make. Since I saw that many people are somewhat intimidated of my papercrafts and I do like to make more intricate designs and details in papercrafts, people tend to get scared of the work and difficulty to make them. In order to show that it’s not the case and that I take an effort to make papercrafts available really for any kind of papercrafter, be it beginner, advanced or pro, I decided to address the issue and show that anybody can make papercrafts and especially designed some fun crafts that REALLY ANYBODY CAN MAKE, super simple and really fast. But most of all, fun!

These papercrafts are simple in design regarding how many pieces there are, they are unfolded a bit bigger to make it simpler to assemble them, they have more detached pieces that you just make and glue on, and still look super sweet and adorable so anybody will want to make them.
