Grim (Twisted Wonderland) built papercraft

Since the anime was confirmed to be released soon and I love the game and story of “Twisted Wonderland”, I took my time and assembled my Grim papercraft I made some time ago. And you can see the results in the preview :)

***This is a premium papercraft that you need to purchase in order to receive the PDF and blank PDO files for assembly. – You can find all information about the PayPal purchase in the provided upper outgoing link.***

Beginning with this papercraft, since it is VERY hard and detailed to make (so I recommend this one for experienced papercrafters only), I decided to make the separate cans of food first XD As a kind of a motivation for the parts yet to come, since they are really easy to make and in a “boxy” style design. You can print out all of them, like I did, or even more, and just have fun with the preps. And then starts the real work.

I made my way from top to bottom, first making the ears, then the head and neck. Then I made the 2 hand paws and feet separately, and when I had the hand paws, I attached them on the upper part of the body and the head.

Once you got the head and upper torso, I made the separate trident tail. Very, very tedious to make, lots of small parts, since this is the most complicated thing on the papercraft. Take your time making it, making sure it’s exact and cover any remaining white parts of the flaps (if it’s not glued on to 2 mm accuracy, that can happen), with a black pen and you are good to go. And make sure to really let all the tips dry so it’s hard and sturdy and won’t fall off.

When you got the tail, you can glue it on the already assembled upper torso, and after that attach the legs. Close the cat papercraft in the middle, between the legs, since this will be the easiest way to get all the other harder parts together, and you can make sure to put weights into the legs at the last step, if needed (but if you assemble it like I did, you don’t need additional weights inside, because the trident tail acts like the 3. leg and the papercraft doesn’t fall over).

And once you get the Grim papercraft goether, all that is left are the bow, the necklace (which can also be quite tricky to make, since it’s smaller), and the blue firely tips of his ears. And there you go.

Simply follow the PDO instructions you get along with the files when you buy them by messaging me, and it should be obvious really. But as said, it’s quite a tricky papercraft to make, with a lot of small parts of the paws, the tail, the necklace. So I really do suggest this to experienced papercrafters, since not everybody can make this look nice with the details. Quite tricky.

I do hope you like the end result in any case, and that the anime will get a release date soon, so we know when to expect it :) The template infos of the papercraft can be found here btw.:
