Yoh Asakura (Shaman King) papercraft

Since the new anime is out for some time now (and before he changes his battle outfit, so I don’t need to make a update on it XD), I wanted to make a papercraft out of the main hero of the anime “Shaman King”, named “Yoh Asakura”. Mainly because I love the fresh re-make of the anime, the whole plot in general, AND mostly because there are too little male papercrafts out there anyway. So here is the cutie in all his glory :)

The papercraft itself is unfolded to be 25 cm big. That means a whooping 10 pages to print with all the details (if you want them all). You have the main Yoh Asakura 3D model, with a simple 2D white shirt on him, with 3D geta shoes, and a few 2D details such as his headphones, the shaman tournament wristband and necklace, as well as 3D headphones. Then you have a separate 3D Amidamaru spiritball that fits into his palm (with 2D details, such as his front hair, the back ponytail, his samurai pads and sword), and a separate 3D katana that fits into his other hand. The hair is 3D, but the front bangs of his hair is 2D and simple to make, since it looks more like in the flat animation of the anime and it’s also simple to make. It has some tricky parts, such as the 3D smaller fingers and the katana, else it should be pretty straightforward to make.

***This is a premium papercraft that you need to purchase in order to receive the PDF and blank PDO files for assembly. – You can find all information about the PayPal purchase in the provided upper outgoing link.***

If you don’t know the anime yet, I do recommend it to anybody. Really nice unique plot, and a much more refined animation than the old one. Some nice shounen anime adventure always does the trick if you like to watch anime in any case ;)

Hope you like it, do take a look at it, if you missed it in any case and that you get some drive to try to make a papercraft or 2 yourselves. Happy crafting~
