And now that I have assembled him, I can also post some assembly tips along the way, so listen up closely.

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

We can divide this papercraft into 5 parts: the head with the hat, the body with the brown dress, his wavy 2D scarf parts, the legs and his bulb prop.

So, start by making the 2 ears and the hat, and make your way down to glue together the whole head on there, part by part. When you have the hat done, glue the 4 parts for the hair on FIRST and then start to assemble the head/face after, so the flaps are hidden inside the hat. Once that is done, you can also make the scarf neck part and put aside.

Next, we can make the 2D, 2-sided wavy scarf parts. *Pro tip: You can use some wire you glue on the inside of both scarf ends to make it wavier and sturdier as well and glue the end side on the scarf. When you do this, glue the wire parts that are sticking out of the scarf on the scarf neck and make sure to firmly glue them on the inside with some strong duct tape, so it holds well.

Then, you can start by making the 2 arm sleeves separately and join them with the first upper dress part. Once you have that, glue on the dress part on the pre-made head part with the scarf and glue on the last part of the dress and we are almost done.

Last thing you need to do is to make the legs. Build those best from bottom to top. And when you have the legs, put on some weights inside to make the craft stand better. *Pro-tip: I always use small pebbles, since they are small yet heavy enough to make anything stand and fit into every nook and cranny. And when you got that, simply glue the leg part with the remaining flaps on the inside of the torso and make sure to align the angle of it so it can stand without any help.

Last thing is to make the simple, round bulb and you can glue that on the belly to make it hold nice or, as I did, use some see-through tape and glue it on the belly to make it hold. You want to know what the bulb is and what he needs it for? Well, better play the game to find out more :D

And there you go. My Niko papercraft is done and ready to be displayed anywhere you want.
