Another commission of a different kind I can show off. This is Shok.wav, the pet monster shark of Vox, the main bad guy of season 2. For those who watched the cartoon know what a damn freaky thing this was in the show! A real menace. Well, the commissioner wanted this little cute monstie to be made as a cosplay prop aka detailed papercraft, and here is the result XD

The papercraft is a whooping 1,5 meter big unfold in full polygon detail. The commissioner wanted a huge file for it, so it can be made into a really big prop, and that’s what I made.

Shok.wav doesn’t have textures, since I didn’t make it for this. It just has the base colors on it, so the parts for the cut outs are visible and serve as a reference. It will be printed on A1 paper and made into a probably horrifically amazing menacing yet oddly cute prop for future cosplay events! Hopefully I get some pictures of it when it’s done, because I got a feeling it will be really awesome-looking in all its huge glory.

I already released some of the main characters from this adult cartoon, which you can find in my Ko-Fi shop. And due to popular demand, I also made Lucifer, the king of Hell itself and the father of Charlie, our main heroine!

Now I know what you are thinking, “adult cartoon”, yeah right, but it’s actually true. No child should watch this cartoon or hear the language or the content of this at all XD it’s just too fucked-up, seriously. But that is exactly why I love it so much!

The papercraft itself is 25 cm tall (probably about 23 cm without the duck and hat) and has 4 pages to print.

Since the arms and legs are very thin and small it’s going to be a bit of a demanding assembly.

Lucifer has a basic 3D body, and then his add-on hat (which you need to glue on his head in a few spots to make it hold), a simple 3D staff with original sin apple AND an adorable little simple 3D rubber ducky he collects in tons and obsesses about so much XD The ducks are so funny in the cartoon, I had to include at least 1 (You can print out a ton of them and make him an army of rubber duckies, I bet even the papercraft Lucifer would love to see those around him XD)!

I decided to focus on another character from the series. I Already released the papercraft template of this main bag guy here:

and now we ca go through the main points of the assembly as well (;

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

With any of my papercrafts, you can divide the assembly into separate parts: the head with the neck, the arms, the upper torso, the legs with the butt, and the various 2D add-ons.

If we start with the head, you assemble the head like a normal box and close it with a screen/face of your choosing (since you have 4). Glue the neck inside the hole in the head and set aside. Head, done.

Next you can separately build the 2 arms, and the 2 hands also separately. When you got those, set them aside and start gluing together the first few rows of the torso. You glue now this on the head and neck part you did before, then glue on the 2 arms inside the arm holes at the right angle and build the shirt to the beginning of the shorts.

Next step is to make the legs. You do this part by assembling the legs from bottom to top and finish with the buttocks part. Then glue all the leg part inside the shirt part again and the 3D figure is done. I also suggest adding some weights inside the boots to make her stand nicely.

Only after the figure is standing with the legs, glue inside the 2 hands at the right angle inside the arms. This way it will be easier to pose them right and set them at the right length for them to be touching the legs, as the pose suggests.

All that is left is to add the add-ons, the simple hat with antennae and the bow. And it is done.

*The papercraft was done with the old design of Vox, so the hat doesn’t have a Wi-Fi signal on it. You can simply draw it on with a white pen first and then with a red color so it will show better. Or add come cut-out red paper in the shape of the symbol on it.

I already released the main characters from the adult cartoon „Hazbin Hotel“, which you can find and buy from my Ko-Fi page. But now, I also need to make the main main characters from the sister adult cartoon „Helluva Boss“, so here we go.

This is the main main chaotic demon guy named „Blitzo“. He is voiced by “Brandon Rogers” and super funny, sexy, quirky and outspoken YouTuber I absolutely ADORE, how can you NOT find his voice action so funny and seductive at the same time! XD (yeah, I really love Brandon a LOT).

The papercraft itself is 21 cm tall and has 3 pages to print (1 page being an optiona 2-sided print for the inner side of his coat). He has a basic 3D body with 3D horns and a 3D tail and his simple 3D pirate pistol.

Since he is very thin and tall, he has smaller pieces to make, especially with the limbs, so it’s going to be a bit of a demanding assembly with some needed reinforcements (so I do recommend it for more experienced papercrafters only). Also, the legs need to be reinforced and you need to either add weights inside the legs or use a plastic Figma stand, since the horns are heavy and he will tilt over if not appropriately weighted.

Obviously, all of the Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel papercrafts are all relative in height as they are in the series, so they all fit together as a group.

And now I also did the most intriguing character of the bunch, Alastor the Radio Demon!

      

Now I know what you are thinking, “adult cartoon”, yeah right, but it’s actually true. No child should watch this cartoon or hear the language or the content of this at all XD it’s just too fucked-up, seriously. But that is exactly why I loved it too much! It’s really original and the first season is now all out and shared, with 8 awesome episodes to watch!

The overall design, you can see 2 different versions of Alastor, since they changed his design from the pilot episode to the main season 1, so I went with the modern, season 1 look here, as you can see.

The papercraft itself is 27 cm tall and has 4 pages to print. Since he is so slender in body-shape he has smaller pieces to make, but they are designed to be as simple as possible, so it should not be a problem to make. He has a basic 3D body, his separate simple 3D radio/staff, 3D simple ears and 2D simple hair, attached to the body. Based on the simple pose, he should also have no problems standing, but if you want to be sure, you can always fill up the legs just in case.

Tanjiro (Kimetsu no Yaiba) papercraft

Tanjiro (Kimetsu no Yaiba) papercraft

So, my last post for the last year was the cute little Nezuko, and since then I got so many notes of people begging me to make more of the “Kimetsu no Yaiba” series, I decided to do some more. So here you go with the second character of the anime, the main character and her only living brother, “Kamado Tanjiro” :)

Think of the male characters he is my fav, probably because he is the main protagonist, but also because he is so lovable and caring, so I think he’s cute as well XD

The papercraft is unfolded to 36cm, because he has his sword above his head, so Tanjiro himself should be about 28cm so he fits with Nezuko together. The template consists of 11 pages, because he has 2-sided robes and all, but it is overall the same difficulty as Nezuko, maybe a bit fiddly with the hair, since the hair is pretty complicated to do in 2D. He has an attached 3D body, a 3D katana with a 3D sword shaft, and a 2D 2-sided robe you put on him and also glue on the body to make it simpler.
