Already released the template of the human girl version of the Pokemon Ogrepon:

And now we have the assembled version of her as well. Let’s go to the building so I can give out some tips.

    

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

With any of my papercrafts, you can divide the assembly into separate parts: the head with the hair, the upper torso, the legs and the hoodie/cape.

If we start with the head, you assemble the face and neck first. Then you glue on the front hair and last the back hair.

Next you can glue on the first few rows of the torso on the head and neck part you did before, then glue on the 2 arm stumps and rest of the torso.

Set these now aside and move to the legs. And when you have these, glue them together on the inside of the dress at the right spot.

All that is left is to make the separate hoodie. I suggest you do that by making the 2 sleeves first and then joining them together in the middle and lastly gluing on the 2 spikes at the end. And when it is done, put glue on the 2 arm stumps of the main body and slide the hoodie on her, making sure to glue it on those 2 parts and you are done.

I do suggest adding some weights inside the legs to make her stand nicely. Be sure to do that before gluing on the legs on the dress if you do.

Since the new Pokemon expansion pack came out, we have gotten a new legendary Pokemon in the Pokedex and everybody seems crazy about its cuteness, including me. So, I thought I would do a bit of a different craft and make a humanoid form of Ogrepon and here it is.

          

The papercraft itself is unfolded to 20 cm and consists of 4 printable pages (including an optional green back page for the hoodie). It consists of an 3D Ogrepon girl model that I made, and her simple hoodie. The main body itself has no arms, since I wanted it to be really simple to assemble, so the hoodie has to be glued on there at the end.

The way the craft is made, you just need to make the separate 2D hoodie and then the separate 3D main body. And at the end, you glue on the hoodie in 2 places where her arms are and it holds it in place.

When you buy the papercraft, as with all of my templates, it has the included blank locked PDO file along with it for assembly help, so the place where you need to glue it together is also clearly shown. So, no worries, it’s easy to do with the instructions.

The papercraft also has 2 legs to stand on, so because of the flat soles and the simple balanced pose with the hoodie, it shouldn’t have any problems standing even without weights inside the feet, but you can always add them just in case. The only fiddlier part here would be the head with the front bangs. I would give it a 7/10.
