Already posted my FREE Liko/Riko papercraft template you can view and download here:

And since I had the time, I also made the assembly, so you can view the built model and read some tips along the way as well.
*As with any of my papercraft templates, the blank PDO is always included in these files, so you help yourself with the 3D preview in Pepakura to assemble it, but I like to post a bit of experience I have with building papercrafts to maybe make things easier for less experienced papercrafters and share ideas on how to make it simpler :)
ASSEMBLY TIPS:
As with all of my papercraft, divide the craft into separate parts you can glue together at the end, to make the assembly easier. You can divide it into: the head, the blue coat, the arms, the torso with the white shirt, the dark blue pants, the 2 legs and the Rotom phone.
Start by making the face part and glue the front hair bangs on the face flaps. Once you have that, glue on the neck and then glue the backside of the hair, starting from top to bottom.
Put these aside, and make the separate blue coat and the separate arms and the Rotom phone. As you can see in the preview, I made the easy variant of the Rotom phone, and not the 3D, since you can simply glue the front and backside together to make a 2D simple version of it as well.
Then, put those aside and start making the torso part with the shirt, by gluing each part on there at the neck downwards. And when you have the torso with the head done, put some glue on the remaining flaps of the white shirt and glue on that blue coat you made before, and when it dries, glue the 2 arms on there at the right angle. This way, you don’t need to make the coat fit the torso precisely and it is way easier to make and looks nicer as well.
Then, you can make the dark blue pants next and when you have then, put them aside and glue the 2 legs with the shoes together. Best way is to glue those from bottom to top, and when they are assembled, put glue on the flaps of the thighs (legs) and glue them inside the pre-made pants and make sure you glue them at the right angle. That way, it’s easier again, and you can adjust the angle of the 2 legs so the papercraft can stand at the end.
When you are ready with the top and bottom part and want to join them together, I do suggest you put in some weights inside the legs before you glue them, because she will stand easier and nicer, without having to balance the 2 parts at the end to make it straight.
*Pro-tip: I always say, the best weights I found for papercraft are small pebbles. They are small enough to fit inside the papercraft parts you want to weight down, they don’t rip up the paper or deform it, and at the same time they weight just enough to make the craft stand like an ace. Really neat to use those, trust me and try it :D
And when you have the weights in, put glue on the flaps of the end of the white shirt and join the 2 parts at the right angle, putting them on a flat surface and balancing them out to make it stand that way.
At the end, you can glue on the various add-ons, such as the Rotom phone in her hand, the simple yellow bag, her necklace and the hairpin, and it’s finished.

If you assemble any of them, please share the finished papercraft pictures in a post, a shared link, a tag to my page, or send pictures to me, so I can post them on my page. I am always happy to see anybody assembling my art :)***
I really hope you are enjoying the new Pokemon anime as much as I am and you will be able to assemble her and show the pictures of the finished thing as well, because I really love seeing the pictures shared :)
Do enjoy and happy crafting~
