Nazuna (Yofukashi no Uta) built papercraft

With the anime coming to an end, it’s also time to reveal the assembly pics of the Nazuna papercraft as well ;) So, here we go!

:bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple:

ASSEMBLY TIPS:

Now, from the beginning on I need to clear a thing: The preview pictures have 2 versions of Nazuna, the one with the coat, and the one without a coat. You need to decide what version you like best, and start the assembly from there, since the coat cannot be taken off once glued on, because of the bent left hand. Or you can make 2 of them from the premium templates, however you choose.

The papercraft can be divided into separate parts to make it easy glued together, so you make the head, the torso with the pants and legs, the 2 arms, the 2 boots and the 2-sided 2D hair braids and optional coat. You use the included PDO file I send along with the purchase, so it’s not that hard as it looks, just follow that.

Option with no coat: Once you have the head with the 2D braids on and the ears, you glue those flaps of the neck to the pre-made torso with the arms you assembled. Since the neck goes inside the black shirt neck part, it’s easily just glued on at the right angle like that. Next, you glue on the remaining boots that you filled with some weights to make it stand better, glue it on the flaps at the right angle to make sure it stands, and you are done. All you need to do is to glue on the remaining 2D belt and she is done.

Option with coat: Basically, you do the same process as the one without the coat, but when you do the torso, you leave out the 2 arms for last. Once you have the full body (with no arms), you can make the separate coat but leave out the last upper part above the neck, since that needs to be glued on the Nazuna model herself. Slide the coat on the body and glue the last neck part of the coat around there to make it attached and sitting on her shoulders. All that is left to do is to take the 2 arms, put glue on the flaps, and stick them inside the coat and glue them at the right angle. Since the arms are not visible on the inside and the coat cannot be taken off, you can just glue them on like that, nice and easy.

And there you go. All done :D

Nazuna (Yofukashi no Uta) papercraft

One of the most popular anime of this season: “Yofukashi no Uta” aka “Call of the night” with the main protagonist of the anime being the vampire girl “Nazuna Nanakusa”. That’s basically why I made the papercraft, since people asked me to make it. Not really a fan of the anime, since it’s a mostly average fan-service thing, but I do appreciate the unique animation style and character design, so it is interesting to look at. Love her droopy yet striking eyes of hers, and I loved drawing them as well :D

:bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple:

The papercraft itself is a 3D model of Nazuna, unfolded to 23 cm height and with 5 pages to print. It consists of 3D Nazuna herself, her 2D 2-sided braids (so the hair is super easy to assemble), her 2D belt and her 2D 2-sided coat that is optional. You can see in the preview pics of how she looks with the coat and without it, so both options can be made really. – All of it, as with ALL OF MY PAPERCRAFTS, it is completely, 100% made by me: meaning 3D model made by me, pose edited by me, textures hand-drawn by me, and unfold made by me :)

:bulletpurple: :bulletpurple: :bulletpurple:

Will probably be making an assembly of her when I get the time, so look forward to that. And in the meantime, you can buy it yourselves and make the Nazuna papercraft for yourself. It’s really basic simple to make, I would say 5/10, and besides you always have the blank PDO for the assembly as well, so it’s all shown there how you need to make it (all of my templates have the blank PDO included with the files, so it's a huge 3D help for the assembly that makes building it really easy).

Hope you are enjoying the anime as much as the papercraft. Enjoy and happy crafting~
