Human Hornet (Hollow Knight) papercraft

As you all know, Hollow Knight Sliksong came out this year and has been a huge success with the players! So, in light of the support the devs got for this awesome game, I decided to do a spin on the main Hornet character from the game and make her into a gijinka aka into a human form.

And this is how I imagined her to be, really simple and with minor details to the actual character.

The papercraft is unfolded to 24 cm and has 4 pages to print out (2 of them being double-sided prints for the inner hair and coat parts).

It consists of a simple 3D model of the girl, with a separate add-on 2D mask you glue to the face, a 2D coat you build on her and a simple 3D needle/sword/weapon she holds in her hands. The hair parts are all 2D 2-sided flat with a hole in the head at the back (that is not visible, just for easier assembly), so the assembly can be really simple. It also has optional 3D or 2D hands to choose, to make it even easier to build.

She does, however, have high-heels on, so this means she won’t be able to stand that well on her own, so I suggest adding weights inside the legs before you close it (Pro-tip: I always suggest small pebbles, since they are small enough to fil every hole, and also heavy enough in numbers so they can hold down the parts without breaking the papers surface).
