Fakemon are a really nice inspirational source for many papercraft ideas, including this one. This is a redesigned Pokemon of Xatu, but in a more Ainu-esque design, as it turned out. I really like the color combination and it’s a simple OC craft to make.

The papercraft itself is unfolded to 13 cm and has 3 pages to print. It consists of a basic 3D Xatu model, and his 2D add-on wings, tail, bandana and dress. The hardest part would be the legs, since they have some small parts to glue together, but all in all a pretty simple, basic craft. As with all of my crafts, the PDO is always included, so you can see the 3D model and how to assemble it best all in the file itself.

I hope you enjoy the OC Pokemon and that people make some of their own versions as well. Pokemon is a vast universe of ideas that can be re-shaped and designed anyway you want
